Restaurant Local01 Fdez Glez

This project is a proposal for a commercial space that is part of a set of establishments located beneath the Hotel Querencia, a project also developed by 2RDIP.

The client wanted to open the venue to the outside without encroaching on public space. To achieve this, the entrance was designed so that an interior section of the space remains completely open to Fernández y González Street.

Inside, the layout maximizes table distribution, ensuring optimal seating capacity while avoiding a cramped or overcrowded atmosphere.

Aesthetically, the design follows an industrial-inspired style, balanced with elements that soften the rawness of the industrial look through carefully chosen furniture.
