This project takes place in a historically significant building in Triana, Seville, with the challenge of adapting it into a 54-unit tourist apartment complex while preserving its protected structure and façades.

The building follows a traditional courtyard-and-gallery layout, ensuring natural ventilation and lighting for all apartments while maintaining the architectural heritage of the area.

Additionally, the complex features common areas and a spacious rooftop terrace with a swimming pool, providing leisure and relaxation spaces that seamlessly blend with the historic essence of the building.
