SAS Offices building

This project focused on a subtle yet impactful renovation of office spaces, emphasizing spatial redistribution, material upgrades, and modernized infrastructure.

The intervention included new exterior carpentry, a complete overhaul of finishes, restrooms, electrical systems, plumbing, ventilation, and HVAC systems, all within an optimized budget.

Aesthetically and functionally, a floor-to-ceiling carpentry system was introduced, adding a contemporary rhythm to the office layout. Additionally, a corrugated metal façade cladding was implemented to visually lighten the building’s mass while significantly enhancing thermal insulation and energy efficiency.
