This project involves the complete renovation of a single-family home, featuring a layout that eliminates physical separations on the ground floor. A single axis accommodates the stair vestibule, kitchen, and living room, while a central patio acts as a transitional space between these areas and the master bedroom. The upper floor houses additional bedrooms.

Original construction materials have been reused, preserving the essence of Coria del Río’s traditional architecture.

The design favors soft, neutral tones, allowing the kitchen skylight’s natural light to become a key architectural element, seamlessly blending into the space. The pine green accent provides a subtle contrast within the predominantly bright and airy atmosphere.
