This project is centered around a contemporary-style building that houses a commercial space on the ground floor, two residences on the upper levels, and a rooftop penthouse.

Designed to prioritize natural light and spatial fluidity, the residences feature large sliding doors that allow for flexible layouts, adapting the space to the needs of the residents. Each unit includes an entrance hall, living-dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms, offering a balanced and functional arrangement.

The selection of materials and finishes reflects a commitment to quality and comfort, resulting in warm and sophisticated interiors. The façade embraces a modern and minimalist aesthetic, optimizing natural light intake while maintaining a cohesive architectural presence within the urban fabric.
