Clavellinas 14

This seven-unit residential building is located in the historic center of Seville, within a neighborhood rich in artistic and cultural heritage.

The design is structured around a central courtyard, following the traditional Sevillian architectural style, where gallery walkways provide access to the apartments while enhancing natural light and ventilation. Two main housing blocks face the courtyard, optimizing their relationship with the open space.

Given the small plot size and irregular party walls, the project prioritizes a light and permeable design, with slim galleries and staircases that minimize the footprint of communal areas.
