Situated on a 1,590 m² plot, this renovation project repurposes an existing six-story building with 430 rooms, aiming to adapt it to new uses with minimal urban impact, while enhancing the surrounding area.

Natural lighting is a key design factor, with spaces arranged to maximize daylight penetration. Additionally, the project includes high-quality indoor spaces alongside open-air areas, ensuring a dynamic and versatile environment for various activities.

Beyond spatial efficiency and comfort, the intervention seeks to preserve the building’s original character while reinforcing its integration within the city.
