Located on a triangular plot, this project faced the challenge of maximizing buildable space while adhering to setback regulations.

The program is distributed over two floors plus a basement, with the volumes arranged in a play of contrasting materials and colors. The structure integrates enclosed areas, semi-open spaces, and fully outdoor zones, creating a dynamic and functional composition.

The interplay of open and covered spaces is fundamental, ensuring a seamless flow between the main front corridor and the pool area at the rear, optimizing both circulation and natural lighting.
