Description
This project consists of two single-family homes situated in a unique location, on steep terrain descending towards a reservoir, which strongly influenced the design and layout.
Each house is structured across multiple levels, connected by a strong central axis, represented by a bold structural wall. The private areas, such as bedrooms, are placed in a more intimate section, while the communal spaces are in a more open and permeable layout, ensuring interaction with the surrounding landscape.
Large glazed openings provide seamless visual connections with the outdoors, integrating the architecture with the environment and allowing for both indoor and outdoor activities. The design is carefully crafted down to the finest details.
