This project involves the complete renovation of a home within a traditional patio house in the Santa Cruz neighborhood, at the heart of Seville’s historic center.

The design aims to provide independent living spaces on each floor, allowing a large family to reside in the same house while enjoying full amenities on a single level.

Interior elements have been carefully selected to blend seamlessly with the existing vernacular architecture, preserving the traditional furniture and ornamental details. Maintaining the original layout of the patio house, the design avoids rigid separations, ensuring a fluid, open-plan living space.
