Description
The project consists of the construction of a rectangular building housing four locker rooms, general restrooms, referee dressing rooms, and storage and utility spaces.
Above this structure, a covered grandstand has been designed to enhance spectator comfort and optimize the viewing experience for the existing sports court.
Additionally, the project includes complementary areas that expand the facility’s versatility, such as outdoor activity spaces, a climbing wall area, and a dedicated food and beverage zone. These additions reinforce the multifunctional character of the sports complex, promoting both athletics and community engagement.
