This residential project consists of 92 homes with a total built area of 15,000 m², designed with an open and integrated concept that seamlessly connects indoor and outdoor spaces.

The ground floor is conceived as a bright, open-plan, and flexible space, allowing for a fluid interaction between different areas. The development is structured in clusters of up to ten homes per block, harmoniously connected through landscaped communal spaces, including swimming pools, lounge areas, and future kiosks or bars for residents.

A shared underground level provides private garages for up to two vehicles per home, along with storage spaces. Vehicular and pedestrian access points ensure smooth circulation throughout the complex.
